Fresh-Frozen Clam Meat And Shells
Small clams, shucked and piled into a bowl with their pale shells tucked through the meat. One bowl is white and stands by a window with a wire sieve and a paper towel on the counter; another is black and finished with chopped spring onion and garlic; the third sits on a wooden table with chopsticks and a glass of water.
The meat is small, sweet and tender with a clean sea taste. Steam them with white wine and garlic, drop them into a seafood broth, or fry them with egg and spring onion.

Handling & storage
Everything leaves the counter chilled, so it reaches your kitchen in the condition it left in.
Keep it cold, cook it soon, or freeze it straight away, and follow the storage note inside your order.
